Injustice games for fans of super-hero combat

Injustice games are being developed by the same devs that work on Mortal Kombat, Netherrealm Studios. They boil down to being pretty much equivalent to MK titles, except they focus on delivering a slightly different sort of combat experience. Don't expect too much gore here, for example, but you will get the same sort of highly polished and dynamic beat-em-up gameplay.

There are two games in the Injustice franchise, each of which offers a slightly different experience. Same as how Mortal Kombat has evolved over the years. The slightly older Injustice: Gods Among us delivers classic unlockables, skins, and whatnot. The newer Injustice 2, on the other hand, will provide you with an incredible array of customization features, loot, and similar RPG-lite gimmicks. It's a matter of personal preference, we feel, though Injustice 2 is obviously the newer and more polished release.
