Bloober Team's Silent Hill 2 remake is a thing we've been eagerly anticipating for... well, for years now. Why the classic hasn't received a full-featured update up until now we do not know, but we're just thrilled that it's all finally coming to a head. But when, exactly, is the Silent Hill 2 remake coming out on PC?
That's what we're here to discuss today, in fact.

Silent Hill 2 remake is due to launch on PC on October 8, 2024. This means it's coming out in just under three months at the time of writing this article, which should give you a pretty good sense of when you should be taking time off to jump into this horrific classic.
Of course, the jury is still out on how good this game might be: reworking a true horror icon to such a massive extent is no mean feat, and though Bloober Team does have a proven track record, we're still eager to see what to make of this project.
Note that the remake of Silent Hill 2 is just the start of Konami's Silent Hill revival. Back in 2022, the company made it clear that there's a whole host of Silent Hill-themed projects well underway, and that we'd be seeing loads more of the series in the intervening years. Bloober Team's remake of Silent Hill 2 is, then, in a sense just the start of it, and we've got heaps more to look forward to.
As per usual, you can expect all the key news and developments on this matter right here at 2Game, but don't forget that we've also got discounted Silent Hill 2 keys for you to grab! Just use the link below and check out the latest offers: you've got a few months to get just the right deal!
