Black Myth: Wukong is coming out late this August, but just a passing glance at the game should tell you that this won't be a particularly low-spec-friendly title. Wukong is, in fact, running on the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 5, which comes with a slew of performance expectations by default. This is the engine that ran the Matrix Awakens demo, remember!
It's taken a fair bit of time before the developer, Game Science, released an official set of hardware requirements for Black Myth: Wukong, but it's finally happened. That's right: we now have a full and comprehensive overview of the regular and raytraced system requirements for Black Myth: Wukong, and you'll find them below!

It's stellar news that Game Science has decided to go all-in on giving us an extremely in-depth overview of Black Myth: Wukong's PC spec target. We've got not just the minimum and the recommended specs, you see, but also four additional - and extremely granular - spec sheets to go through. So, before giving us our thoughts on what's what, here are all six hardware requirement spec sheets for Black Myth: Wukong!
Phew, how's that for in-depth? Taking all of the above into account, we can safely surmise that this is, in fact, an Unreal Engine 5 game. Lower-end rigs are unlikely to fare all that well playing Black Myth: Wukong but the recommended 1080P spec gives us some hope that it might scale reasonably well, at the very least.
Expect an in-depth performance review as soon as we have access to the game!
