It doesn't take more than a passing glance at the Oblivion Remaster to be able to tell that this is a massively upgraded game across the board. This means it's not going to run on the same tired old hardware that was necessary for the old original. In fact, you're going to need a fairly chunky sort of rig to be able to max it out. For those of us who were there on day one back in 2006, this is nothing new, but newcomers may be taken aback a tad.

Depending on your Internet speed, TES 4: Oblivion Remaster's massive download size may be the key blocker here. The game clocks in at just over 120 GB once installed, though our download over on Steam is 115.4 GB as of launch day.
